Although the fight against animal testing has made huge progress recently, America has yet to stop this cruel practice and chooses to torture animals while other countries are making a stop to the testing (â€Å"Animal Testing 101†). This incidence caused the Food and Drug Administration to pass the 1938 Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act, which introduced testing cosmetics on animals to prevent injuries similar to this from happening (Murnaghan, Animal Testing Timeline). Much progress has been made to end this testing, gearing the world into the right direction of animal testing free procedures, though, not everyone is on board. California-based Incubus fifth album, Morning View, is one of the best, most refreshing displays of musical and lyrical ability.
